my YT channel

This is "old stuff" worth sharing, because it is also who I am. I created my YouTube channel in 2021 and since then, I uploaded over 500 videos. it is called:

 

THE MOVIE FAN

It has allowed me to talk about the movies I like best and those I dislike. Mostly, it has given me some confidence and even an audience.

It has also taught me a lot about what to look for in films. For example : what makes good protagonists (their vulnerability, their motives, how they build up to be a leader, their multi dimensional quality). Or what makes  good vilains (their power, their intelligence, the way they think ahead of the protagonist) . Or what creates the identity of a film, like world building or special effects.

 

Here are just a few clips from my many posts. I wrote them and recorded them in 2021 and 2022, so they reflect my tastes then and my enthusiasm for Marvel or other super heroe movies.
